Intercare Therapy is hiring a full-time Behavioral Program Manager - Applied Behavior Analysis in South Gate, California. The role serves as an onsite case supervisor and leader, develops and oversees clinical programs, supervises Behavior Interventionists, provides education and training for client caregivers, and requires driving 30 to 60 miles daily. Compensation is $26–$32 per hour with a $750 sign-on bonus, and benefits include flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off. Applicants need a completed master’s degree in a relevant field, strong ABA and program-management skills, and BCBA certification in progress is preferred.
