Intercare Therapy is hiring a full-time Behavioral Program Manager - Applied Behavior Analysis in Menifee, California. The role serves as an onsite case supervisor and leader, overseeing clinical programs, supervising Behavior Interventionists, providing education and training for client caregivers, and managing daily case management. The position requires driving 30 to 60 miles daily and supervising client sessions from 8 AM to 6 PM on weekdays, with occasional weekend work.
