Intercare Therapy is hiring a full-time Behavioral Program Manager - Applied Behavior Analysis in Beaumont, California. The role serves as an onsite case supervisor and leader, develops and oversees clinical programs, supervises Behavior Interventionists, provides education and training for client caregivers, and manages daily case management. The position requires driving 30 to 60 miles daily and supervising client sessions from 8 AM to 6 PM on weekdays, with occasional weekend work. Compensation is $23 to $30 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, retirement benefits, and paid time off. A completed master’s degree in a relevant field is required; an in-progress BCBA is preferred, along with strong ABA, program management, clinical, communication, time-management, interpersonal, feedback, and team skills. Bilingual skills are valued.
