Description
Behavior Specialist role supporting Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions within Rogers Behavioral Health treatment programs. The position involves assessing behavior, developing and implementing individualized behavior plans, providing group and individual therapeutic services, documenting patient care, training patients and support persons, collaborating with an interdisciplinary clinical team, and monitoring intervention outcomes. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, relevant CBT experience preferred, and credentialing/training related to substance abuse counseling, CPR, crisis intervention, and residential care as applicable.
