Description
Behavior Specialist role at Rogers Behavioral Health providing cognitive behavioral therapy and related therapeutic services across residential, intensive outpatient, partial hospital, and acute inpatient programs. The position works under clinical supervision to develop and document CBT treatment plans, participate in multidisciplinary teams and improvement initiatives, support staff training, maintain regulatory compliance, and coordinate with utilization review. The job requires a bachelor's degree preferred in a human services-related field, relevant CBT experience preferred, Wisconsin substance abuse credentials, and completion of CBT/DBT Academy and self-defense training after hire.
