Description

PRN Behavior Specialist role at Rogers Behavioral Health supporting upcoming Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls PHP/IOP locations opening in September/October 2026. The position delivers CBT and other therapeutic services under clinical supervision, monitors and documents treatment progress, participates in multidisciplinary teams, trains support staff and family/support persons, and maintains patient and facility safety. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field, relevant CBT experience preferred, and specified clinical/on-the-job certifications and trainings.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field
Required Previous Experiences: 12 months of relevant Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment (CBT) experience preferred
Valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential or state equivalent, if required for the program
Current and active driver's license in good standing for residential programs
Preferred Qualifications: CBT experience
Driver’s license in good standing
CPR certification
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training
CBRF training
