CEO is hiring a Behavior Specialist to support Early Head Start and Head Start classrooms by providing positive behavior support, coaching staff, developing and implementing individualized behavior plans, conducting classroom observations, and collaborating with education teams and program management. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field, experience with preschool children with challenging behaviors, and a valid driver’s license and vehicle access. Compensation is $28–$29 per hour for a 35-hour, 10-month schedule, with healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
