Easterseals NH is hiring a full-time Behavior Specialist to develop non-aversive behavioral interventions and training plans, oversee program policies and compliance, train direct-support and management staff, track target behaviors, develop individualized protocols, prepare monthly reports, support billing, and respond to program needs. The role requires a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology, or an alternative education and experience combination, with two years of experience with people who have developmental disabilities preferred. Compensation is $58,656 for a Monday-through-Friday, 40-hour schedule, with medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
