ExcelPrep Schools is hiring a full-time, on-site Behavior Specialist in Champaign, Illinois. The role partners with clinical ABA teams, teachers, occupational therapists, families, and school staff to conduct functional behavioral assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, implement and monitor ABA-based interventions, analyze data, coach staff, provide direct therapy, supervise RBTs or BCaBAs, and communicate progress to families. Candidates need BCBA or BCaBA certification or eligibility, or equivalent ABA expertise with a plan to obtain the credential, plus 2–3 years of relevant clinical experience supporting neurodiverse children ages 3–13.
