Person Driven Clinical Solutions is hiring a full-time Behavior Specialist to serve individuals with mental health or intellectual developmental disabilities in Indiana and Armstrong Counties, Pennsylvania. The role conducts functional behavioral assessments, develops and implements individualized behavioral support and restrictive procedure plans, trains and mentors support staff and families, monitors progress, maintains documentation, and participates in interdisciplinary reviews and regulatory oversight. Candidates need a master’s degree in a relevant field and two to five years of behavioral support services experience, with knowledge of positive approaches, dual diagnosis, person-centered thinking, trauma-informed care, group facilitation, and staff mentoring preferred.
