SANY’s Utica Academy of Science Charter School is hiring a Behavior Specialist for its Junior-Senior High School serving grades 6–12. The role implements and trains stakeholders on the student code of conduct, analyzes behavior data, develops corrective plans, supports RTI processes, and collaborates with students, parents, counselors, teachers, and administrators. A bachelor’s degree, NYS Department of Education fingerprint clearance, and strong organizational, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are required; experience with diverse or urban student populations is a plus.
