Description
The full-time role supports students with challenging behaviors and at-risk students in a school setting. Responsibilities include developing and implementing behavioral procedures, collecting program data, communicating outcomes, supporting academic goals, and providing safety-related intervention, including physical intervention when necessary. The position reports to an Assistant Director of Special Education or Site Administrator and requires relevant experience with challenging-behavior populations, knowledge of school safety procedures, a current chauffeur’s license, and a clear criminal background check.
