Description
YAI is hiring a Behavior Support Assistant to assist with functional behavior assessments, behavior support plans, ABA counseling, data collection, staff coaching, documentation, safety responses, and direct care or home coverage. The role may be assigned to BHS homes or to standalone behavior services across a region, with travel and independent work in various settings. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, meet specified ABA and I/DD experience requirements, obtain RBT certification within six months, hold a valid driver’s license, and meet the listed physical demands. The stated rate is $30.00 per hour.
