Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania is hiring full-time Personal Care Assistants to support behavior and educational services for young children with severe and complex disabilities in its Approved Private School program. The role involves implementing Positive Behavior Support Plans, providing direct instruction, and supporting classroom teachers under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Specialist. An associate degree or higher in a related field is required, while experience with children with special needs or challenging behavior and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred. Reliable transportation is required for possible travel to additional school sites.
