Brightway Living & Learning is hiring a full-time Behavior Support Assistant for its School Age Program. The role supports classroom staff with behavior-related tasks, implements IEPs and behavior support plans, provides behavior support and crisis intervention, assesses student behavior, maintains documentation, and covers bus duty and lunch. The position offers a Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–3 p.m. schedule, 32.5 hours per week, and pays $19.89–$23.87 per hour. Applicants must have relevant psychology or related-credit requirements and at least one year of experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities, or RBT certification with the same experience; SCIP certification and Teaching Strategies and ABA assessments are required within three months of hire.
