Brightway Living & Learning is hiring a full-time Behavior Support Assistant for its School Age Program. The role supports classroom staff with behavior-related tasks, implements IEPs and behavior support plans, provides behavior support and crisis intervention, assesses student behavior, maintains documentation, and covers bus duty and lunch. The position offers Monday–Friday shifts from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., 32.5 hours per week, at $19.89–$23.87 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, training, and other benefits.
