Description
Mosaic is seeking a Behavior Support Coordinator (BCBA) to coordinate behavior management programs for individuals served. The role develops and implements behavioral training and intervention programs, assesses behavior through observation, data review, and interviews, trains staff, monitors program progress and quality, maintains records, provides crisis intervention, and collaborates with behavioral health professionals. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional evenings and weekends; benefits include health insurance, professional development, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and daily pay.
