Description

Access Services is hiring an Enhanced Direct Support Professional (DSP) for its Home and Community Supports team in Malvern, Pennsylvania. The role provides direct support to adults with developmental disabilities or autism in home and community settings, including crisis management, emotional support, positive reinforcement, case documentation, and supervision. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with full-time or part-time availability. The base rate is $17 per hour, with an additional $5 per hour incentive rate for enhanced case shifts, and the position requires a valid driver’s license, background checks, physical examination, and driving-history review.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Training in autism spectrum disorders, medical needs management, or behavior management
Proficiency with workplace applications, platforms, and technologies
