Access Services is looking for an experienced Behavior Support "Enhanced" DSP (Direct Support Professional) to join their Home and Community Supports team in Malvern, PA. The role involves providing support to adults with developmental disabilities/Autism, enabling them to live independently in their homes. Key responsibilities include assisting individuals with daily living skills, supporting cognitive and behavioral challenges using evidence-based strategies like safe crisis management and positive reinforcement, maintaining case notes, and engaging in continuous professional development. The position operates Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM, with opportunities for full-time or part-time staff.
