Description
The Behavioral Support Professional provides person-centered support, transportation, personal care, health monitoring, behavioral intervention, documentation, and safety support to adults with disabilities in community, on-site, and work-contract settings. The role transports participants to residences, day programs, and community activities, assists with mobility and daily living needs, responds to medical emergencies, maintains confidentiality, and collaborates with program staff. It is based at Summit Services Walnut, reports to the Program Manager, and offers approximately 6- to 7.5-hour Monday-through-Friday shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
