Description
SAILS Washington is hiring a full-time Behavior Support Program Manager based in Olympia. The role manages day-to-day residential services, develops and updates individualized positive behavior support plans, collects and analyzes behavioral data, trains residential staff, coordinates with stakeholders and supervisors, conducts fidelity and quality-assurance evaluations, and responds to client emergencies. The position offers an hourly salary of $35.00–$39.00, up to $3,000 in retention bonuses, and medical, vision, dental, and other benefits. Applicants must be at least 21, have some college education or field experience, at least three years of supervisory experience in social work, child care, or support services, relevant behavioral-support experience, and the listed certifications and clearances.
