Clarvida is hiring a full-time Behavior Support Specialist in Lehighton, Pennsylvania, to conduct functional behavioral assessments, develop and monitor behavior support and restrictive procedures plans, collect behavioral data, train staff and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. The role serves individuals with behavioral and developmental challenges in community-based settings, including offices, residential homes, and facility-based locations across Carbon, Monroe, and Pikes County. A master’s degree in a related field or a bachelor’s degree under a master’s-level clinician, a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, computer skills, and behavioral assessment and data-collection experience are required; BCBA certification and Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist status are preferred. Compensation starts at $22 per hour, with higher pay for bachelor’s and master’s degrees, and benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
