Clarvida is hiring a full-time Behavior Support Specialist for its Pennsylvania autism services program, serving consumers in Pittsburgh and Monroeville. The role provides direct and indirect behavioral intervention and consultation, develops and monitors individualized treatment plans, analyzes behavioral data, trains and consults with treatment-team members, responds to crisis situations using de-escalation skills, completes clinical documentation, and provides services across home, school, community, clinic, and office settings. The position requires a relevant master's degree, qualifying behavioral-health or functional behavior assessment experience, and a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.
