Clarvida is hiring a full-time Behavior Support Specialist I to provide behavioral support to adults age 18 and older who have been discharged from higher levels of care and need assistance maintaining stability and independence. The role involves developing safety and crisis plans, meeting weekly with clients, collaborating with families and residential staff, educating support systems, documenting progress, and participating in an after-hours phone crisis rotation. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, at least two years of supervised direct treatment experience, eligibility for Agency Affiliated Counselor status, a valid Washington driver’s license, and the ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour with incentive-based pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance options, and other benefits.
