Abilities First, Inc. is hiring a full-time Behavior Support Supervisor for its Myers Corner Education Center Preschool program in Wappingers Falls, New York. The role provides direct and indirect behavior analysis and behavioral programming services, develops and monitors behavior plans, supervises the school behavior support team, delivers staff/family training, analyzes behavior data, participates in CSE meetings, and supports PBIS implementation. The position requires a master's degree in a related field, BCBA certification preferred (or obtainable within six months), at least two years of experience working with students with developmental disabilities, and a valid New York State driver's license.
