Description
Brightway Living & Learning is hiring a full-time Behavior Support Worker for its School Age Program. The role instructs classroom staff, analyzes student data, develops and monitors behavior programs, provides behavior support and crisis intervention, trains staff, prepares documentation, and collaborates with behavior specialists and other team members. The position requires a BA in Psychology or a related area, RBT certification if the BA is unrelated, at least one year of experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities, Applied Behavior Analysis and Positive Behavioral Intervention and Support knowledge, and SCIP certification. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., for 32.5 hours per week, with hourly pay of $22.44–$26.93 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
