BASS ABA Therapy is hiring an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children receiving ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role involves one-on-one therapy, electronic data collection, session documentation, progress communication, and therapy delivery in home, school, and community settings. Candidates need a high school diploma, reliable transportation, physical ability to perform the work, and the ability to pass a background check; RBT certification and CPR training are provided or required within 30 days.
