My Favorite Therapists is hiring an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and families receiving ABA therapy. The role involves one-on-one therapy in home, school, and community settings, electronic data collection, daily session notes, progress communication with BCBA supervisors, and completion of paid RBT and CPR training. Candidates need a high school diploma, reliable transportation, physical ability to perform the work, and the ability to pass a background check; college education, prior experience with children with developmental disabilities, and experience with children ages 1–13 are preferred.
