Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to provide direct one-on-one in-home and in-community ABA therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder. The role involves implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans, collecting and documenting session data, communicating with caregivers and BCBA supervisors, and using ABA techniques such as prompting, modeling, redirection, and reinforcement. The position offers a flexible after-school schedule with potential weekend hours and a starting pay range of $20 to $29 per hour depending on qualifications.
