Description
Shining Steps ABA is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents. The ideal candidate will be able to work during after-school hours, offering flexibility for current RBTs, center-based ABA staff, paraprofessionals, instructional aides, school staff, college students, and individuals new to the ABA field. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and supporting children's skill development. Compensation varies depending on experience and certification, with paid training and RBT certification support available.
