MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. The role involves using evidence-based ABA techniques to support children's development in communication, social interaction, and daily living skills, promoting positive behavioral growth, tracking progress, collaborating with families, implementing treatment plans, and maintaining clear communication with supervisors. This clinic-based position offers flexible work opportunities across Southeast Michigan, with no need for travel.
