Description
The Behavior Technician will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. Responsibilities include providing direct support, collecting and recording behavioral data, assisting with assessments and intake, maintaining HIPAA-compliant medical records, collaborating with families and professionals, and supporting clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills. The role requires RBT certification, knowledge of ABA and behavioral therapy, familiarity with medical documentation, strong communication skills, and confidentiality; experience with children or individuals with disabilities and a background in special education are preferred. The position is full-time or part-time, pays $20.00–$30.00 per hour, and is performed in person.
