Behavior Technicians at Rogue Behavior Services work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to teach essential skills to children and teens with diverse needs. Responsibilities include providing behavior-analytic services in a home-based setting, establishing client rapport, teaching functional skills, implementing preventative strategies, responding to challenging behaviors according to plans, recording data, communicating with BCBAs, incorporating feedback, and summarizing shifts.
