Description
The Registered Behavior Technician provides one-on-one in-clinic therapy to assigned clients under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. The role implements ABA behavior-intervention protocols, records and graphs data, documents sessions, supports parent and caregiver training, communicates with families and the BCBA, and follows safety, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements. The position requires a high school diploma, RBT certification in good standing, knowledge of ABA and human behavior, and at least 30 hours per week at home, school, or community placements.
