STEPS Behavioral Health is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Highland, Maryland to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to clients in homes, schools, or clinics. The role implements BCBA-designed treatment plans, collects and documents client progress data, collaborates with families and team members, and maintains a safe therapy environment. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, have previous experience with children, pass a background check, and have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally. The position offers flexible schedules, paid RBT training, and pay of $20–$24 per hour, with $25–$28 per hour for certified technicians.
