STEPS Behavioral Health is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Carroll County, Maryland. The role provides one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in homes, schools, or clinics, implements treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, records client-progress data, collaborates with families and care teams, and maintains a safe, positive therapy environment. Applicants must have or obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification, have prior experience with children, pass a background check, and have reliable transportation for local travel. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour, or $25–$28 per hour if certified, with flexible scheduling and potential full-time opportunities.
