Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP), part of LEARN Behavioral, is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Behavior Technician to join their team. This entry-level role involves providing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism aged 18 months to 6 years, focusing on developing communication, socialization, and self-help skills through play-based therapy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong desire to help children and their families achieve their goals, possess a willingness to learn about autism and ABA, and meet all eligibility criteria such as having a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and availability for a consistent weekly schedule.
