Life Skills Autism Academy is hiring a full-time, in-center Behavior Technician to provide one-to-one and group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role involves implementing individualized behavior protocols, collecting and documenting behavioral data, supporting caregiver training, preparing therapy materials, maintaining a safe environment, and communicating client progress. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, physical ability to work directly with children, strong communication and attention-to-detail skills, and either current Registered Behavior Technician certification or willingness to complete the required 40-hour training and competency exam within 45 days of employment.
