Description
Shining Steps ABA is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours. Current RBTs can add hours to their caseload, while others like center-based ABA staff, paraprofessionals, instructional aides, school staff, college students, and individuals new to the ABA field are encouraged to apply.
