The Behavior Technician supports children with autism aged 18 months to 6 years in their homes or daycares through play-based applied behavior analysis, helping them develop communication, socialization, and self-help skills. The role is entry-level, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, consistent weekly availability, and eligibility to work in the United States; part-time schedules of 10–29 hours per week are available with starting pay of $16 per hour.
