ABA Insight is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis treatment for children with autism in center-based, in-home, school, and community settings. The role involves implementing treatment plans, prompting functional skills, collecting data, documenting progress, supporting daily client needs, and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment. The position pays $19-$22 per hour, requires Monday-Friday availability from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and the ability to travel within a 30-mile radius of Monroe County.
