Description
ABA Insight is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide center-based and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children, adolescents, and teens with autism spectrum disorder. The role involves one-on-one behavioral interventions, treatment-plan implementation, behavior data collection, collaboration with families and treatment teams, and assistance with daily needs. The position is based at the Ypsilanti center, requires a minimum of 12 hours per week, and pays $19 per hour. A high school diploma, background checks, TB testing, online RBT training, CPR, fingerprinting, a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and the ability to drive within a 30-mile radius are required; a bachelor’s degree, ABA-related master’s training, RBT certification, and bilingual Spanish-English ability are preferred.
