Description
ABC Pathways is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect and record client behavior data, monitor treatment progress, reinforce positive behaviors, and communicate with clients, parents, caregivers, and the BCBA. The role requires strong communication, organization, a high school diploma or equivalent, experience working with children, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with an initial part-time caseload of approximately 20 hours per week and potential growth to full-time. Compensation is $20-$22 per hour, with RBT certification assistance through the Road to Register Program.
