Ally Behavior is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism in a center-based setting. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and tracking client data, reporting progress, assisting with family training, collaborating with clinicians, and maintaining confidentiality. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, experience working with children, RBT certification or willingness to complete training within 90 days, BLS certification or willingness to complete training before hire, and the ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The position pays $35,000–$40,000 USD annually and includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement matching, and professional development benefits.
