Description
Astra ABA is looking for a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a home setting. The role involves implementing treatment and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, utilizing ABA techniques like positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching, and collecting data on client progress. The technician will also collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members, ensuring client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
