Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Boston, Massachusetts to support children and teens with autism through play-based skill-building, positive role modeling, organization, and family support. The role is primarily conducted in clients’ homes, with some sessions at local centers, and requires availability Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Compensation is $23–$29 per hour, with Spanish fluency required and an additional $0.50 per hour for Spanish speakers.
