Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Worcester, Massachusetts, to provide play-based behavioral support to children and teens with autism in client homes and local centers. The role involves teaching communication, sharing, and direction-following skills; modeling positive behavior; tracking progress; and supporting families. Applicants must meet one of two education-and-experience pathways, have a reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance, and pass background and health checks. The position offers paid training, health, dental, and vision benefits based on hours, mileage reimbursement, paid drive time, and an additional $2 per hour for evenings and weekends.
