Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Taunton, Massachusetts to support children and teens with autism through play-based skill-building, positive role modeling, organization, and family support. The role is primarily conducted in clients’ homes, with some sessions at local centers, and requires availability Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Compensation is $22.50–$28 per hour, with paid new-hire training at $20 per hour and additional evening and weekend pay. Applicants must meet specified childcare and developmental-disability experience requirements, have a reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance, and pass background and health checks.
