Description
BCI is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy and play-based support to children with autism, helping them develop communication, confidence, and independence. The role includes tracking progress, following personalized treatment plans, collaborating with a team, and maintaining continuous supervision of clients. No prior experience is required because paid training is provided, but candidates must be at least 18, authorized to work in the United States, pass a background check, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and have reliable transportation. RBT certification is required before working with clients in several states, with varying timelines for other states. Compensation is $23 and up based on ABA experience and training, with part-time medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement, and other benefits.
