BCI is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy and play-based support to children with autism, helping them develop communication, confidence, and independence. The role includes tracking progress, following personalized treatment plans, collaborating with a team, and maintaining continuous supervision. No prior experience is required because paid training is provided, but candidates must be at least 18, authorized to work in the United States, pass a background check, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and have reliable transportation. RBT certification is required before working with clients in several states, with varying timelines. Compensation is $23 and up based on ABA experience and training, with part-time medical, dental, and vision benefits.
